Ethel G Johnstone Charitable Trust

This Trust was established by deed on 6th December 1983 by Ethel Gertrude Johnstone. It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income in five equal parts; one part to each of the four named beneficiaries and the remaining part for general charitable purposes, at the Trustee's discretion. In respect of the last object the deed expresses a wish that the Trustee considers assistance to the educational, moral, physical and artistic improvement of people in Otago.
