The Charitable Trust was set up to pay an income in perpetuity as follows: 1. Annuity of $60 to the Mother Aubert Home of Compassion Trust. 2. Annuity of $100 to the Missionary Sisters of the Society of Mary Trust Board. 3. Annuity of $100 to the Sisters of Mercy New Zealand. The remainder of the income is to be divided equally among: 1. The Society of Mary (Marist Fathers). 2. Saint Columban’s Mission Society, Lower Hutt. 3. Redemptorist Fathers Saint Gerard's Monastary, Wellington.
