The Charitable Trust was set up to pay an income in perpetuity for the purposes as outlined in the Will. The Trustee prepared a Granting Strategy on 22 November 2019, approved by Charities Services. The Strategy named three approved organisations that will be invited to apply for funding to help with a project, or specific purposes within the organisation, linked to birth control in New Zealand. The organisations are: - New Zealand Family Planning Association; - Natural Fertility New Zealand Incorporated; - Natural Family Planning Foundation Incorporated.
