Estate of John William Howe

A perpetual charitable trust allowing for 20% of annual income to be capitalised and the remaining income split evenly between the following charitable purposes: (1) The provision of reference books and other aids to assist with the instruction of students in agricultural, horticultural or veterinary sciences at Massey University; and (2) The benefit of aged and indigent persons living in Lower Hutt, Eastbourne and Petone.
