Estate of Charles William Schultz

The two income beneficiaries of the Estate of CW Schultz (The Hauraki Plains Co-operating Parish and the Ngatea Methodist Trust) entered into a deed dated 2 September 2010 whereby the Ngatea Methodist Trust directed that any surplus income derived by the estate be paid to the Hauraki Plains Co-operating Parish until they advise to the contrary in writing. On 30 July 2020 the Hauraki Plains Co-operating Parish and the Ngatea Methodist Trust entered into a deed whereby the Hauraki Plains Co-operating Parish directed that any surplus income derived by the Estate of CW Schultz to now be paid to the Ngatea Methodist Trust until they advise to the contrary, in writing, to use at their discretion.
