Estate Lily Rollings Williamson

The late Lily Rollings Williamson died on 7th September 2000, leaving the residue of her Estate to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income equally to the named beneficiaries. On 2nd June 2004 the Trustee entered into a Deed of Arrangement dividing one of the eleven shares of net income, as per clause 9.2(h) of Mrs Williamson's will, equally between the Deaf Association of New Zealand Inc and The National Foundation for the Deaf Inc.
