Estate Catherine Beehan

This trust was established under the will of the late Catherine Beehan who died on 29 May 1971. Income is to be held in perpetuity and applied equally to Calvary Hospital Invercargill and Verdon College Invercargill. Originally the will referred to St Catherine’s Convent as to half but as this school merged with Marist College to become Verdon College, an Order Approving a Scheme under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 was granted on 6 April 2011 to substitute Verdon College.
