The group's purpose is to improve population health and well-being by undertaking targeted activities and providing high quality housing and support services to achieve equity of health and well-being that enable people and their whanau in distress due to mental health or addiction issues, disability, trauma, violence, homelessness, poverty or dislocation to fully participate within the contexts of family, whanau and community.
