1/ To enhance the lives of young people living in Eltham and surrounding Districts by providing them with opportunities, programmes and support to fulfil their potential 2/ To initiate preventative youth programmes in accordance with local needs and priorities 3/ To provide a facility which offers appropriate space and flexibility for youth services, programmes and activities in Eltham and to operate in a youth friendly safe and responsive manner providing a culturally appropriate environment for young people living in Eltham and surrounding Districts.
