To provide, develop and maintain a museum of Transport, Industrial and Agricultural Technology of the East Coast. To preserve and display items from the agricultural, commercial, industrial, transport and home technologies that reflects our culture and heritage, focusing on the East Coast. To purchase, accept gifts and legacies, or otherwise acquire exhibits of any kind which shall be considered suitable for the purposes of the society. To purchase, take on, lease or otherwise, acquire any land, buildings, rights or property which may be requisite for the purposes of the society. To sell, exchange, lease or otherwise dispose of all or any of the property of the society.
