To acquire paintings, drawings, scriptures and any other works of art and to dispose of the same by sale, or other means within the terms of the Deed of Agreement with the Dunedin City Council dated 31 MArch 1989 (the 'Deed") or any other amendments thereto and all other agreements consolidated therein 2.To perform the functions vested in it by the Deed 3. To support and promote the activities of the Dunedin Public Art GAllery (the "Gallery") in accordance with the Deed 4. To foster interest in the visual arts in the community
