To provide an employment option for people living with disability We provide supported employment options for approximately 84 people in Dunedin with mental, intellectual, physical and sensory impairments. Through professional training, social development, health and wellbeing initiatives and ongoing support, we show our employees their individual value and give them the confidence and skills they need for success. We provide unique training environments that facilitate social and professional growth and teach work readiness in a clear and constructive way. We promote their equitable treatment and the elimination of discrimination in the wider community and are committed to breaking down the barriers to inclusion in commercial and social arenas
