To plan, fund, establish, promote and maintain Mountain Biking Assets in the Port Hills and wider Canterbury district for the benefit of all users and with persons and organisations sharing similar aims. To promote and facilitate the participation of the mountain biking community in the funding, development and maintenance of Mountain Biking Assets. To seek funding, donations, grants, subsidies, endowments and to invest, manage and distribute funds to achive the purposes of the Trust.
