Develop and maintain facilities on Devonport Domain to provide and support sporting, recreational, cultural and social facilities for the benefit of persons involved in sport on the North Shore of Auckland at all ages and all levels of participation; promote, encourage and assist the participation, wellbeing, health, fitness, social development, education, training, development, skill and expertise of persons involved in sport.
