Provide a forum for collaboration of Dementia Service Providers in the community; provide a vehicle for service improvement amongst Dementia Service Providers; further develop the models of care for people affected by dementia; facilitate advocacy and awareness of dementia and promote the voice of those affected by dementia; facilitate, assist and financially contribute towards the provision or participation in the provision of dementia care, support services, or research in New Zealand
