To receive monies, donations, and gifts from any source, in particular, monies raised in connection with the RSA Poppy and to apply these funds for the welfare of returned and service personnel, their dependents, the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion, or such other charitable purposes within New Zealand as are recognised by the laws of New Zealand.
