The purpose of Cycling Without Age Eastern Bay of Plenty Incorporated is to carry out the functions of the international Cycling Without Age movement by providing at no cost, recreational outings by trishaw primarily for older, low mobility residents and others socially isolated by illness, disability or other circumstances in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
