Community Law Waikato Trust

Community Law Waikato is a registered charitable trust providing free legal services including information, advice, assistance, representation and education (eligibility criteria apply) Waikato wide. A large volume of our service is phone based aimed at increasing capacity and reduced overhead. But we do also offer face-to-face appointments as necessary, outreach clinics and in person delivery of education throughout the region. Our Vision: Fair and Just Communities Our Purpose: To provide free legal help to those in the Waikato who may otherwise not have access. Our Action: We provide advice, advocacy and support through an experienced legal team; and We deliver a range of law related seminars that build legal knowledge and strengthens communities; and We advocate for positive legal and social change to give people a voice.
