Colin Smith Memorial Fund

Promote and assist the relief of poverty by the encouragement of thrift in the community and the education of the public in money and economic matters with particular emphasis on the wise use of money and the efficient managment of financial affairs. This entity also exists to co-operate with other organisations institutions or individuals within New Zealand and the Pacific Islands having charitable objects ideals or philosophies in whole or in part similar to the objects of this entity.
