To foster and encourage by education and example the kind and humane treatment of animals and to prevent and discourage cruelty to and harsh and thoughtless treatment of animals; The education of the public on all matters concerning the conservation, care, safety, behaviour and welfare needs of domestic animals; To provide facilities for the care of homeless domestic animals and all things incidental to the charitable purpose described herein.
