Clutha Health Trust

Clutha Health Trust (CHT) is a restructure of Clutha Health Incorporated (Inc) to a charitable trust, assuming Inc's operations and mission (generally to provide healthcare principally to Clutha District residents). CHT will own the health facility purpose-built by Inc, leasing it to Clutha Community Health Company Limited, and own all shares in that company, which provides hospital and community health services, including general practice. CHT's purposes are at clause 4.1 of its trust deed.
