1. Upskilling circus artists, teachers and students to an international standard so they can tour nationally and internationally 2 Raise self-esteem and encouraging people from all nationalities, ages and abilities to participate in performance arts 3 Promote and deliver free community performances, events, experiences and access to arts and culture. 4 Outreach programmes to tour and teach circus and performing arts around New Zealand, and in particular, in rural and remote areas.
