Circability Trust

The purpose of the Trust will include any one or more of the following exclusively charitable purposes in New Zealand, which are declared to be the objects and purposes of the Trust: 3.1 To benefit the community by promoting and developing the social arts in New Zealand especially community circus as a community development model that enhances social and economic participation for people with disabilities and others on the fringes of society. 3.2 To build bridges of understanding and break down barriers for people with disabilities and other disenfranchised groups and individuals, together with their families and dependents, and the promotion of their value, inclusion and participation within the community. 3.3 To provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.
