The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: • To benefit the local community by fostering players, coaches and administrators of all ages and genders in the pursuit of excellence in the code of football for the recreation, fitness, wellbeing, and enjoyment of the general public. • Improving community health by encouraging physical activity and exercise via amateur football programmes and activities. • Developing community resources, facilities and projects to encourage participation in amateur sport, particularly football. • To raise funds and provide resources and equipment to support local primary, intermediate, and high schools and amateur football clubs including Cashmere Technical Football Club Inc. This includes raising funds for, and supplying or funding, the following: o Preparation and audit of financial accounts. o Affiliation fees paid to regional and national sports
