Christchurch Organ Association Incorporated

(1) To promote and foster in Canterbury and the West Coast an interest in organs, organ building, organ music and associated matters. (2) To provide information to churches and others on historically important organs in New Zealand and to give advice to churches and others on appropriate actions where purchase repair, rebuilding, restoration or disposal of an organ is contemplated. (3) To provide information and advice to churches and other bodies wishing to make temporary or permanent appointments to the position of organist, and to advise organists and their employers on any matter affecting the welfare of organists.
