Centre for Commercial & Corporate Law Incorporated
About
The object of the Centre is broadly to act as a forum or vehicle for the exchange of information, research, views and expertise relating to corporate and commercial law. As such the Centre also aims to bridge the gap between academic lawyers, practitioners in law and those working in industry. The Centre aims to achieve its objects in three ways. First, through seminars and presentations. Second, through supporting student scholarship in the Law School. Third, through the publication of books and other works. The Centre's activities are funded from the sale of books published by the Centre and investment income (ie, interest income). The primary method of raising funds is through the sale of books.
