Central Air Ambulance Rescue Limited

The Company is a joint venture company established and owned by five air rescue/ambulance/emergency services charitable trusts. The Company's charitable purposes, set out in clause 2 of its Constitution, relate to the provision of air rescue and ambulance services, and other emergency services, in particular in the central and lower North Island regions that are serviced by the operations of the shareholder charitable trusts.
