CCS DISABILITY ACTION SERVICES LIMITED

(a) All income and/or capital of the Company are exclusively for furthering the charitable purposes of its Shareholder, CCS Disability Action, so long as it holds tax donee status as a registered charity; and (b) Such payments are held in trust exclusively for the charitable purposes of CCS Disability Action within New Zealand.
