Carl & Mary Leonard Charitable Trust

The general purpose of the Trust is to benefit the community through provision of financial assistance for the furthering of education (including skills, interests and leadership) through water-based activities in the Whangarei Electoral District, predominantly through the provision of scholarships to members of the sea scout movement.
