To provide economic, educational and social benefit to the south island community by developing and operating a military heritage centre which records and displays military artifacts and records, along with encouraging the study of war and NZ Armed Forces contributions to the security of NZ, supporting serving and discharged military personnel and their families, and continue to community activities along with commemoration activities.
