The Company has been established to undertake any Charitable Purpose approved by the Shareholder and by the Board, including, but not limited to: (a) developing financial and budgeting and debt management IT tools for use by individuals and families, with the primary goal of alleviating poverty; (b) advancing education, by developing and providing education and training tools to help users to improve their financial literacy and budgeting skills.
