To be efficient as an organisation re staffing, equipment, discipline and training as a Brigade and to meet the requirements for protection of the District from fire and to be able to apply those skills and resources to assist at other types of emergencies. To promote the safety and welfare of its members in the course of their duties within the Brigade.
