Broken River Ski Club Incorporated

(a) To facilitate recreational activities and in particular snow based sports in the environs of the Broken River basin, in a manner which promotes a sense of community and sociable interaction between its members. (b) To carry out all its activities in a manner which minimises environmental impacts and which takes care to preserve or enhance the natural resources and features of the area. (c) To raise funds for the Club's use, by way of subscription, donation, or by any other means. (d) To use the funds of the Club as may be considered necessary or proper in the interests of the Club and/or its members in payment of costs or expenses for the furthering or carrying on the Club's objects; for the emolument of any member of the Club or any other person, including the appointment of any officer, agent or servant as shall appear expedient.
