Bread of Life through OSCAR4KIDS seeks to maintain and provide quality Before, After and School Holiday care for children to meet the needs of working families living in the Marlborough Region. This is done in a safe and caring manner by trained and responsible staff. Children and families are entitled to consideration, respect, confidentiality and safety. Our five OSCAR Programmes enable parents to be in employment with the knowledge that their children are being cared for in a safe and happy environment. All of the OSCAR staff are well trained, fully Police vetted and checked as is required under the Vulnerable Act 2014, to ensure peace of mind to parents. The OSCAR Programmes are run under the Ministry of Social Development contract and are regularly audited and checked by them. The programmes run from three different venues.
