To provide self-contained dwelling units for elderly persons in poor financial circumstances at a reduced rent. Surplus income is to be paid to charitable organisations with one or more of the following objectives: the relief of poverty, the advancement of aged indigent or needy persons, the maintenance, support and benefit of aged indigent or needy persons, and the improvement of the conditions of life of aged indigent or needy persons.
