AHCLT provides accommodation for individuals with disabilities so they can be in control of their lives, foster independence, allow residents to have the same life outcomes and opportunities as do non-disabled people, have their abilities and contributions recognized and respected, have support that is flexible and suited to their individual needs and goals and that takes a whole life approach, and have a relationship built and strengthened between their whanau/family and the community.
