to provide spiritual religious service that utilizes the Samoan language and culture as the medium of learning and in the context of other languages and cutlures in Aotearoa NZ and to utilizes funding received to promote and assist education and religious services in terms of skills training and other economic and social development for the Samoan people. This does not exclude people of other ethnic origins.
