To serve women, and those that identify as women, from ethnic and other marginalized backgrounds by: empowerment through meaningful engagement, advocacy and providing personal and professional development; supporting physical and emotional wellbeing; raising awareness about issues and challenges including but not limited to migration and other experiences of adversity; facilitating networking and mentorship amongst women. To promote the acceptance of diversity and inclusion.
