To provide assistance with the education of young persons through participation in rugby which will benefit and advance them throughout their lives. -To provide education, assistance and support for the promotion, support and development of the young persons in the sport of Rugby Football. - To enable young persons through participation in rugby to develop their physical fitness, co-ordination, skills and knowledge of and concerning sport.
