Auckland Evangelical Church Trust

To devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust Fund to or for any charitable purposes which are from time to time selected by the Trustees and are valid charitable purposes. This may include: (a) the upholding, maintaining and advancing of the Christian faith within New Zealand; (b) the holding of the Trust Fund for the benefit, use or advantage of the congregation or congregations of Christians known as AUCKLAND EVANGELICAL CHURCH (including any future congregations of the Church) or any of its purposes, objects or work whether present or future within New Zealand; and (c) further charitable purposes outside New Zealand including to uphold, maintain and advance the Christian faith in countries other than New Zealand, including the financial support and assistance of Christian missionaries and their families living in countries outside New Zealand and the support of students undergoing theological training overseas.
