Asia New Zealand Film Foundation Trust

The purposes of the Trust are as follows: a. within NZ to promote the education of persons in all types of filmmaking including video, TV and photography. b. within NZ to provide workshops ion filmmaking techniques to assist in educating students and others. c. to promote film activity in NZ including the establishment of a film festival and a film competition in NZ. d. to facilitate interaction between the equipment and software suppliers and film industry practitioners. e. to facilitate interaction and the joint education of regulators and practitioners of the film industry especially about new and developing technology and techniques. f. to undertake such other activities as the trustees may deem desirable to: (a) promote Asian films in NZ (b) encourage and further educate Asian NZ filmmakers (c) encourage and promote the exploration of Asian and Asian related themes in films by NZ filmmakers
