Ashburton Seniors Centre Trust

a) To promote, provide , administer and support recreation,education and health and other services for the well being of older persons of Ashburton. b)To own,supply,erect and construct any premises required for the purpose of providing services described in paragraph 2 (a) hereof. c) To provide any services and facilities necessary or desirable for furthering and promoting the objects set out in paragraph 2 (a) and (B) hereof. d) To seek, accept and receive donations, grants, subsidies and other benefits either in money or kind for all or any other objects of the trust or of them. e) To carry out any other charitable object which may seem to the board capable of of being conveniently carried on in connection with the above objects of the trust or any of them.
