Ashburton Multi Cultural Trust

(a) To promote and celebrate the community-wide benefits of ethnic diversity in Ashburton. (b) To celebrate cultural diversity through cultural festivals and community engagement. (c) To promote opportunities and activities that actively encourage people to participate in community life and connect with their community. (d) To create opportunities for the general public to gain understanding and respect for people of other ethnic origins. (e) To work collaboratively with local organisations and social service provides to achieve the Trust's vision. (f) To foster a spirit of voluntary service which values and respects the work of volunteers. (g) To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the above purposes.
