Ashburton College Alumni Trust Board

The Purposes of the Trust are to utilise the Trust Fund to: a) provide charitable educational and cultural benefit to the present and past students and staff of Ashburton College; and b) provide charitable educational and cultural benefit to the citizens of the Ashburton District; and c) promote the welfare of the present students and staff of Ashburton College The objects of the Trust are as follows: (a) To provide motivation, inspiration, leadership and encouragement to the students and staff of Ashburton College and the citizens of the Ashburton District for the promotion and furtherance of education and cultural activities. (b) To promote and further education through the introduction to Ashburton College of people with particular qualities in education and/or cultural fields. (c) To seek, accept and receive donations, subsidies, grants, endowments, gifts, legacies, loans and bequests, either in money or in kind for all or any of the purposes and objects of the Trust specified
