The Trust is established for the benefit of the community in New Zealand: (a) to teach practical yoga, meditation and stress release techniques that assist people to (i) eliminate stress and fatigue (ii) restore basic health; and that assist the individual to blossom and to realise their full potential (b) to teach and conduct workshops on evidence based stress management tools and techniques (c) to assist and support immigrants and refugees through the process of acculturation (d) to run programmes for youth in order to assist them to identify and achieve their goals (e) to carry on environmental works, and for any other purposes ( whether relating to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion or any other matter beneficial to the community) which are charitable according to the law of New Zealand.
