ARATAKI PHO LIMITED

The Organisation has been formed to operate as a “primary health organisation” (PHO), promoting and enhancing the health and wellbeing of people, whānau, families, and communities within Aotearoa New Zealand, including by providing comprehensive and high quality primary and community health services and identifying and fulfilling specific areas of primary health care need in the community. The charitable purposes of the Organisation are set out in full in the constitution of the Organisation.
