To initiate, facilitate, develop and manage projects or any undertakings for the Advancement of Education in the care of Maori and Pacific People with Disability, and thus enhance and improve benefits to the Community in terms of better understanding and acceptance of people with Disability, resulting in improved economic, social, community and general well-being and prosperity of the Maori and Pacific people with Disability in New Zealand.
