Mission statement: Leading the Nelson/Tasman community to make a positive difference for all people affected by dementia. Alzheimers Nelson Tasman offers Information and resources, support, advocacy and education for people living with dementia and/or their primary care partner and extended family/whānau in Nelson, Tasman and into the Golden Bay area. Our staff advise and support people over the phone and via video conference (one-on-one or in groups) and through home visits and group sessions. We also inform people of services they may be eligible for and help them access relevant support.
