Altrusa International of Ashburton is a service club whose objectives are: to promote and foster the solidarity of women in business and the professions by the cultivation of friendly relationships and understanding , to promote high ethical standards, to provide vocational information to women, too encourage participation in community and public affairs, to promote training & education, and to be informed on international affairs to promote the understanding between all peoples.
