To advance education by fostering and promoting arts, culture and heritage. To provide educational grants. To support other charitable organisations in Te Awamutu and its environs. To preserve and promote building heritage and promote cultural, arts, educational and recreational activities, in and for the benefit of all residents of Te Awamutu and its environs. To promote, restore, protect and enhance the Regent Theatre and its artifacts and memorabilia as a community venue and taonga.
